Journalling for Mental Health - Wednesday, June 24 from 6:30-8:30pm

- curious about how your love for creativity and stationery could overlap with self-care and wellness?

- thinking about how to journal for your mental health, but you’re not sure where to start?

Led by registered psychotherapist Alison Ku, come to this workshop to relax, explore, write, and learn. Through the lens of therapeutic principles, Alison will lead you some guided journalling prompts as well as general discussion about different strategies to utilize your journal and writing for a more reflective and meaningful experience and process. 

Bring your journal and your favourite pens to write with. 

Optional add-on mystery journalling supplies package, with some of Alison’s favourite creative stationery items to use in her journals. 

Alison is a registered psychotherapist currently practising in Toronto and online. She runs an inspiring Youtube channel featuring videos on creativity, stationery and journalling, and you can also find her on Instagram.
