How long will it take for my order to arrive?

What is your return policy for fountain pens and ink?

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and quality reasons, bottled ink cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

Are your pens covered by a warranty?

Most of our premium fountain pens come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 2 years. This covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover accidental damage or misuse.
